Rides in the Chilterns - Sunday 28th February 2010
Anyone interested in riding with others in the Chilterns? Our club runs non member rides once a month in locations throughout this mecca for off road riding, North West of London. Our next public ride is:
South Bucks Woodland
Meet in the main village car park behind the Co-op Supermarket, High Street in Chalfont St Giles (HP8 4QA)
Moderate ride: Meet 9.15 for a 9.30 sharp start. 12.30 to 1.00pm approximate finish. 20 miles of wooded singletrack around Penn, Amersham and Chalfont St Giles. Lead at a steady pace with few stops. Suitable for fit, regular off road bikers.
Easy Ride: Meet 09.45 for a 10.00 sharp start. 12.30 approximate finish. 12 miles of wooded singletrack. More easily paced with regular stops. Suited to recreational and cyclists new to mountain biking.
All groups welcome for a sociable drink in Merlin’s Cave pub after the ride.
