Would you believe it 
I needed a replacement visor for my helmet I bought from them a year ago - but it's been discontinued and spares aren't available. I contacted the usual Wiggle and CRC who suggested the Bell wholesaler but they said they had none.
Passing the Halford's I bought it from (the only place I could find the helmet I liked) I nipped in on the off-chance but they couldn't get hold of it either. However, one of the staff then spent a good while going through the back looking at the ex-display lids they cannot sell for a visor. Found one for another Bell model that should work with a bit of fettling and he gave it to me gratis with a few spare fixing-hole plugs for the helmet just in case it doesn't work and I need to block up the holes.
