Hydration pack for endurance rides...

I'm looking to get some sort of hydration pack (camelbak) for an event I'm doing in March.

It's a 12 day stage race in Nepal. I need a robust pack that can also hold pieces of equipment and maybe a change of clothing along with a decent bladder that can hold enough to sustain up to a 100km day. The other stages are between 60-30km.

Any recommendations?

If i need a larger backpack for really long rides (carrying 2+ inner tubes, tools, pump, change of clothes, food and 2+ litres of water) then I use a bag I got originally for snowboarding (by Burton). There are lots of 20-25 litre backpacks out there to choose from - most have holes by the shoulder straps for hydration hoses to go in/out of and some have separate compartments for the bladder to go in. Just buy a separate platypus and stick that in.

Or buy a camelbak.

looks good in black, can probably get it cheaper if you shop around.

use mine for mtb marathons and all dayers, no complaints. if you don't need all the storage for a ride/stage, it collapses well to keep close to your back

I use the Hydrapak El Borracho for a all day pack i like the external webbing straps and the reversible bladder for easy cleaning ! however i believe they do a newer version now ?

I believe this is the newer version of mine check the vid of them blowing them up with compressed air and the forklift running over the bladder
