You mean a tasty breakfast or a healthy one. Because your options certainly aren't healthy ones.

Bowl of cereal with sugar and semi skimmed milk.
    Glass of skimmed milk.
    Glass of orange juice.
    Glass of water.
2 peices of toast with butter and marmite + 1 peice of toast with butter only.
1 peice of cheese on toast.

Cup of coffee if feeling a bit tired.

That sets you up great for a morning 100k ride, don't need to eat until about 50 miles in :)

Bowl of porridge. 50g with water. 2 mins in microwave.

    Double espresso.

    Done!

    That's after a 45 minute run.

  • Double Espresso and some porridge with jam.

Or if i'm feeling saucy a bowl of coco pops or a sausage sandwich. The espresso is non-negotiable though, no coffee no workee.

Just had a big bowl of porridge before my ride.

Most days all I have is a protein shake.

Fav breakfast (when I didn't care about being healthy) is 4 x Eggs Benedict. :)

Wtf? I mean really, do you actually think anything from McDonalds is good for you? Do you realise the salt content in their Big Breakfast?

Today...... two slices of seeded loaf with marmalade.

    Otherwise;
Bowl of Crunch Nut Clusters semi-skimmed milk.
    or
Macdonalds Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin (only if I'm on my way to a customer and it's early)

That's only the start to the grazing though. I'll normally have a bagel at about 11am, then lunch (home made beef & veg soup), then maybe a sandwich around 4pm, then dinner around 7pm (other half is a trained cordon bleu chef :D ) Then probably a sandwich/bagel around 9pm.

All healthy-ish stuff, I just eat loads !! I'm 12.5 stone and don't think I've ever grown out of my 4hourly feeds !!

Not very! I'm not a health food facist and love a nice full cooked breakfast as well as some burgers from McD's but their breakfasts are horrible.

My regular breakfast at the moment is porridge with 1% fat milk but treat myself to Shreddies at the weekend. My previous meal of choice was 3 Weetabix but find porridge keeps me going for longer without snacks.

Ive found Dorset Cereals muesli's to be very good! There are a few different ones available, and are packed full of fruit and nuts etc and are very filling, so you only need a little amount to keep you going till lunch time!

They are around £3-£4 depending on which one you choose and they are available from most supermarkets! Oh and before anyone asks - No i dont work for them!! haha

breakfast is served in the basement cafe, below the lush birds selling scent

for a bit of additional excitement, get 9 items, the wife on the till hardly ever notices, so you just pay for 6. I like to live my life on the edge
