I'm after a CO2 pump, something small that i can shove in an empty water bottle.

I've seen this: http://www.hargrovescycles.co.uk/produc ... rtno=28119

Any reccommendations or advice?

With CO2, how many tyres might you inflate with one cartridge?

Cheers.

Cracking little gadget, I have 2 of them.

ONE 16g Co2 cartridge will get ONE tyre up to a decent pressure. Don't waste money buying branded cartridges from your LBS, buy them in bulk from places like http://www.tyreinflators.co.uk. The more you buy, the more you save so it might be worth finding some mates who also want to stock up on them and get the larger quantities.

The truflo one you have linked is very good, controllable and there is nothing to break on it. I have had Innovations ones in the past and they have broken due to them putting a rubber washer in the valve, which when inflating your tyres then freezes and shatters, with such force that a piece stuck into my arm.

I also get my co2 from http://www.tyreinflators.co.uk usually the box of 30 threaded Mosa cartridges. Never had to use them on my road bike but I think it is 1 per tyre and you can get it to max. Takes 2-3 for an mtb tyre which make it expensive. I also carry a Lezyne Pressure drive (Med) with a pen gauge attachment to check the pressure from the co2 or pump.
