hi ,looking to get a new bike soon and looked at some cube bikes .The one i looked at was a cube agree carbon (£1600) . The bike looked nice but i have not really heard or read much about the name cube before .
what is the general opinion of these bikes - good or bad ? I could go down the trek or spesh route for this sort of price but wont be getting the same spec .Is the quality of carbon any good compared to to the likes of the trek or spesh .
any thoughts or opions no matter how good or bad appreciated ,cheers.

I have seen the bike you mention in the flesh - really looks the business.
TBH they aren't (m)any poor bikes @ £1600 . It just that some may be more suited to you than others. not always easy to try before you buy - but if you can - do it.
Cube is reasonable quality brand - I doubt you would find inferior to the other brands you mention.0 -
Cube are a big bike brand on mainland europe , getting bigger all the time in the UK market too. I assume the model that you are looking at is the Agree GTC at £1599 , you wont get a better spec on a bike at this price. 6700 Ultegra groupset with a FSA compact chainset, good finishing kit too. Dont worry too much about the quality of the carbon frame , probably made in the same factory and to the same standards as everybodys else's brands. Plus you will get a 5 year warranty on the frame.0
