Help - Whats this for ??

Hey. My dads looking at buying this bike and he has been looking through the pictures and he is just wondering what this little black ' thing ' is thats on the frame.

Looks like some sort of clip.

    Hmm. Thats what i was thinking, although my dad thought it could be somthing to with the seat. Some sort of auto-matic seat post which works off the handle bars. Ive never heard of this in my life, but thats what he's told me to write.

    ohhh... so its for the Spesh Command post cable. Different way of routing it to the bars.
