New sections in Classifieds....

Just noticed they (BikeRadar) have changed the format of the Classified Section, putting more sections in it.
Consequently they've locked the old Sections up, and will delete them in 7 days!

I didn't notice any advance notifications about it. Did I miss something?...

I was going to PM someone, re their requirement, but I can't until they move it/re post it!

    There's nothing to stop you sending someone a PM regarding an advert in the old sections... What's the problem?

    Yes.... I worked that out Sherlock!
    I sent two PM's before I realised that they were being sent, but not giving notification of being sent, or registering in my 'sent box'!

    I don't need any of your "What's the problem?" attitude, either!

    That's absolutely nothing to do with the sections being locked. The messages stay in your outbox until they're read by the recipient, at which point they move to the sent box.

    Sorry if you thought I was giving you attitude, I am genuinely mystified as to what the problem is though... Nothing has been lost, at all. When the old sections are deleted, any topics in there which haven't been replicated into the new sections will be topics which are essentially expired.

    So, are you (BR) moving the current topics, or expecting the posters to move them?
