...is brilliant!

Order placed 10.30pm Wednesday. Email Tuesday 1.30pm - item dispatched, anticipated delivery 2-3 working days.

Goods arrived 12.00 noon Friday.

As I said, brilliant.

    Snap

    Ordered Wednesday evening
    Confirmation email Thursday
"Sorry, could not deliver your parcel" note from the postman on Friday
Queued up for 25 minutes at the Post Office to collect it Saturday.

...and it was a "free delivery" item!

I love them with all my heart.

I've given them some tough queries and got professional, in depth answers, offering help above and beyond what I would expect.

You expect them to be excellent at delivery and simple stuff, but it's when you get the problems that they really excel in helping in any way they can.

    I feel it, when I sorrow most;

Than never to have loved at all."

  • Another thumbs up for the Wigsters from me too. Always received my stuff within two days and when I've had to return a light under guarantee they gave me a no quibble replacement.
All that and free sweets too!
I just wonder why they bother offering the premium delivery service when the standard is so good.

I bought some mudguards as a gift in November. They weren't opening till December, and found that the nuts and bolts were missing. Mailed them on Boxing day, first working day back they said sorry for the delay in replying and sent me out a replacement that day. Turned up next day, another full set bolts and all! Wiggle = win I say :D
    "This area left purposefully blank"
Sign hung on my head everyday till noon.
