I bought a second hand 2008 Norco Katmando really clean nothin wrong with it but just reccently it has made clicking or cracking noises in the crank (Sr Suntour) when ever i put weight on it.
what would that be? and can it be fixed?

Also it has machanical disc brakes( HB mx4 ), i ajusted the brakes cause they were out a fair way, the backs are great now but the front dont seem to grip they rotor. They will slow u done but wont stop on the spot to do an endo, the pistons work fine and there is enough brake pad on them both, i also just clean the rotor and pads with some metho but it didnt seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?

The noise from the crank could be the the crank bolts need tightening. try pinching them up. Although the crank arms may not seem loose if they arn't fully tight then this would cause a creaking noise from the crank. Better still whip off the crank arms, clean the crank and the B/B spindle, put a small smear of copper slip or anti sieze grease on the spindle and re-assemble.
Failing this it could be the bearings in the peddles need re greaseing.
They are the cheep fixes if it still won't shut up it could be the B/B.

Never assume the worst untill you have ruled out the cheep/obvious stuff.

for the crank, i had this prob, and it took an age to work out, try removing the pedals, greasing the threads, and reinstalling, then if it continues, do the same with the actuall crank and crank bolts, and then if it cointinues, service the pedal, then if it still happens, change/fix the bb
    I like bikes and stuff

That probably applies to most if not all mechanical/ cable pull (non-hydraulic ) disc brakes.
