Well I agree with you re the black jackets, but the majority of tights and overshoes are black, so although you might not think they are suitable, that is about the best you can get.

Generally, tights and overshoes are black for a reason, lighter colours would just get mucky over time with the winter road muck. Anyhow with SMIDSY's it won't matter what you where, some people just don't look.
