Too much to admit to. I'm disgusted with myself.
  • Ive not put any on as ive been working my ass of down the gym and doing 1 and 2 hours at time on the cross trainer at home per night i just hope all the work pays of when the weather clears up and i can yet again sling my leg over my trusty steed, and head off to ride up through the nick of pendle.

I've lost the 2 kgs I'd gained over Xmas by doing lots of running at the gym.

I've lost about 3 or 4 pounds. Stopped the daily beers, and upped the time on the turbo.

That's what's wrong. I stopped the turbo and upped the beers.

Since the beginning of the year I have lost weight, I did put some on over Xmas though. I would expect it to be about 5lbs or so, but I won't know till I get home on Monday. Still getting the hours on the bike, just it has been mainly on the turbo.

Just for Bhima, I didn't look like I had put weight on, but the scales told me I had

    at least half a stone

had fish and chips for me dinner and chinese takeaway for tea, currently quaffing a bottle of spitfire

not bothered though, quite enjoy the challenge of losing weight, though it gets more difficult every year

I have no idea how much I weigh and I couldn't honestly say whether I've put on weight or lost it over the past few weeks... :?

With training taking a hit in this weather (I'm not a gym member) I have consciously eaten less. Don't fret over your weight - I'm pretty sure nobody on here is at a dangerous weight so worrying over a few pounds here and there won't do any good.

+1. I know that I've put on around 3k but I also know that that happens to me every winter. And when the heavy stodgy warmy-uppy food gives way to lighter salads in spring, it goes away again.

I've gained nothing, probably lost weight.
  • Not sure how much weight as I don't have any scales since an ex-housemate stole them, but gonna have to get a whole new set of cycle clothing :D

bizarrely, i seem to have fluctuated down to my target weight (70kg) from 73kg yesterday. I'm going to put that down to dehydration and maybe having a really big poo just before getting on the scales...

max i went up to over Xmas was 75kg, which was relatively acceptable..

Thing is if you have put a bit of weight on over the hols/cold snap, then if it's gone on that quickly, you can be sure it'll come off just as quick.

I put some on prior to Christmas, but have managed to lose that little bit again.
I still want to lose about 6kg's.
The bike has lost a fair bit, though
