Are all levels of cyclist allowed to join in this sportive?

Do you have to have a race licence?
Do you have to be of a certain 'level'?
Can you take as long as you want to complete the sportive?

    Anyone can take part in a sportive, normally a first come first served with regards to entry. There might be a broom wagon on some events, but generally take as long as you want, as long as it is not silly.
