Needed to get a crown race off my forks, the screwdriver method was a no no, the park tool remover was  £££ , then I saw this -
Ice Toolz Crown Race Remover £20 - Simple, easy, cheap, fits up to 1.5inch, no problem 8)
My new favourite tool
Proper chuffed!

Does what it says what it should do then? Doesn't make genies appear to grant you three wishes? Doesn't solve world poverty? Dammit, thought you had it sussed then.0

just whipped off a bog standard one with a chisel!
There was some joke going around when I was at school... something about a guy who wanted to crack the atom. "Where's my chisel?"
However it's a chris king going on next. They cost more than atoms so I'll be using a dedicated tool instead.0 -
come on where is the link?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

TBH rather take it to my LBS for them to use the park tool as that tool does not look all that.0 -

I didn't have a flat screwdriver that was thin enough to get in there - There is no gap on the fork to get you started, it's totally flush all the way round. Plus my record with using make do tools isn't very good
TBH, when I bought it, I thought it might be crap coz it was so much cheaper than the proper park tool thing, but it's well worth it - if I can use it, It must be idiot proof!
You may mock my enthusiasm, but I'm still super happy that a bike job was so easy - I'm usually messing around for hours!
