holidays, with a day's riding?

need to get out of this snowy cold hell for a week or so with mrs millhouse, can anyone recommend somewhere warm that there is also somewhere i can hire a bike and get a days riding in as well?

looking at maybe canary islands, domincan republic or similar...

Any sugestions???

As you mentioned, Canary islands are decent weather and great scenery most have decent MTB tour companies for bike hire. I haven't been biking there personally but I've heard good things
