Cycle insurance

I was thinking of taking out some bike insurance so Im covered away from home. Anyone recommend any? I was thinking of using cycle guard.

    Look at switching home insurance to a company that covers expensive bikes. I switched to more than from barclays and barclays didn't penalise me as the reason for leaving was because they couldn't provide the insurance I needed.

    Cost for comparison on a 3100 pound bike was 115 instead of 330 that cycle guard quoted and that includes 'accidental' damage. And away fro
    home so long as the bike is secured as they instruct.

    Won't cover competition riding however.
