By far, this is the very best plate of pasta I have ever been served in Italy. Its a small hotel in village called Torriglia, just outside Genova. A team of us rode from Genova up the mountain pass to Torriglia. Stunning views and hard riding, fantastic. If you are ever in this region, check this place out. The guy who owns it is a very keen cycle rider and competed to quite a high level.
