David Le Grys and Lee Povey of www.fasttrackcoaching.biz are going International!
Following their highly successful clinics in Great Britain they are bringing their expert coaching to the USA at the Helleyer Velodrome, San Jose. They will be delivering a full coaching programme covering all aspects of Track racing over three weekends in May. All age groups and categories welcome.
Sprint
Covering: 200m TT, Match Sprint and Kierin. Working on observation, 200m TT technique and line, track skills and race tactics.
Time trial
Covering: Pursuit, 500m, 750m and Kilo TT's. Working on starting technique, track riding skills and pace judgment.
Endurance
Covering: Scratch, Elimination and Points races. Working on observation , bunch positioning, sprint finishing and race tactics.
David and Lee are renowned for the welcoming and fun atmosphere at their camps. They use both video and verbal feedback to deliver their coaching points in a constructive and easily understandable way.
David is a former GB National head track coach, Lee a guest specialist track coach on various current GB squads and between them they have coached a variety of National and World champions. They also compete at masters racing and are multiple British and European champions, David being a 19 World masters champion and a current World Record holder.

May 22nd-23rd Time Trial Clinic
May 29th-30th Endurance Clinic
David and Lee will also be available by prior appointment for 1 to 1 work or small groups midweek between the weekend clinics.
They will also be running clinics for coaches who want to improve their own skills and learn more about what makes the current GB squad so dominate. Contact them to book a time.
