Perimeter of Wales tour

Having done LEJOG a couple of years ago, I'm now recovered enough to think about doing another tour! The idea of cycling the perimeter of Wales has been put forward, which I thought sounded pretty good, being a Welshy 'n' all.
Having done a quick Google search, it certainly isn't as popular a route as LEJOG and so info on other people's routes is much harder to come by. So I was wondering if anyone else on here had done it, or perhaps parts of it, and could offer any routing advice?
