Shimano 7 to 10 speed
I hope somebody can help....
A friend has a SRM power meter on a shimano hub. He uses a 10 speed cassette on it but unfortunately my turbo uses an old bike with a shimano 7 speed. Is it as simple as swapping my 7 speed cassette for the 10 speed one - i.e. will it fit?
Cheers

Perhaps it's PowerTap rather than SRM?
Anyway, a 7 speed cassette is a little narrower than 10, so you'll want a 4.5mm spacer behind it. Don't forget to adjust the rear mech low gear limit stop.0
