Is this jacket as good as the Columbia original?

I'm after a quality winter jacket to wear over a jersey and base layer. Anyone got experience of one of these?

    Ive got one, they are exactly the same as the Columbia jacket.
    All I wear under it is a Helly base layer.
    Nice jacket for the price

    Its great value.
    They are brushed inside so are pretty soft, and kind of like a soft shell on the outside, and relatively shower proof.
    I dont need much under it as pretty warm.
    And at that price you dont mind it getting covered in road muck
