Bad LBS experiences - name and shame them.

Birmingham City Cycles.
I ride a good deal but have little desire to fix my bike. So when something went awry I popped into BCC and the Australian man in charge diagnosed the problem within 10 seconds. Two days later I paid £62 and took bike home on car. Tried it next day and same problem in existence, went back, and two days later problem still there and so on and so on for six weeks! In the end I just took my bike away from this shop and will never use them again.
The Australian man was so indifferent, I think after the first failure to fix the problem he basically decided it was not worth fixing because there was no money in it for them. In all the bike was in his possession for 41 days!

As far as I could make out it was the rear wheel hub that needed replacing. I got this view from the Australian man, however, he did not hesitate first to put a new chain and rear cassette on, I just assumed he knew what he was doing.
In the end his arrogance made him deliver excuse after excuse about why he could not fix the bike, the final one being that he had ordered the hub but delivery has been delayed, he told me this three weeks ago!
Anyway, I was just glad to get my bike out of his shop and never see him or his his drivel again, truly shocking.0
