Shame the authorities over here are less inclined to bring these sorts of charges to the courts. I tried to report a driver for deliberatly braking in front of me and the police told me not to waste their time.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

That's terrible.
I guess we all suffer from time to time with complete idiots, I had a guy last summer go past me at about 70mph on a straight road where he could see me miles off and he was probably an inch away from my handle bar, the draft almost had me off and he didnt give a toss; scared the sh*te out of me.0
