Car is on driveway as it has no tax or mot, fixed it ready for mot. But now have the dilema of can't drive it to mot centre as i have no tax and can't get tax without mot. Can i drive it if the mot is pre-booked? Would i get nicked if stopped? I'll check with insurance company if covered for liability.

Thanks

Yes, you can drive it to the MOT Test Centre legally, if it's pre-booked for a test.

    Wot he said

And you can drive it back again legally whether it passes or fails, as long as it is not deemed unsafe to drive.

I hope it passes for you without a problem. :D
Then when you have your MOT, (if currently insured) you can tax it online, which saves trapsing down to the PO.
