Bike Shops in or near Catania, Sicily

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this but I'll be traveling to Catania and spending about 12 days there. I'd like to visit a couple of local bike shops and see if I might purchase some unique Italian cyclewear that I can't get here in the States. My online searhces have been futile to date. Anyone know of any good shops there?
