Looking for some new shoes, seen these the Mavic Avenir road shoes are the worth the money and what sort of fitting are they, + where is the cheapest place you can buy these?

Its a contact point. Fit is paramount - whats more important - how they look or how they feel ?
I never look at my shoes when I'm cycling - but I know that my shoes are comfy.
Get to a LBS and buy whatever feels good.0 -
they are reasonably broad- otherwise I wouldn't have bought them. I am a size 9 in normal shoes and have the 44's. They seem to have gone up in price though- I paid less than £70 for them only 6 months ago. For the money they are now you could look at Specialized also-they are also on the wide side.If that's what you're afer...0

@ BikeIT65 Whereabouts are you? Pretty sure both Slanes and Chainreaction have mavic shoes in stock so you can try before you buy. likely to be well priced too.0
