Milram likely to end sponsorship

Last big German team - I guess if NetApp want to step up in 2011 they could probably put together a nice Pro Conti team by nabbing some of the talent.
Competition for new sponsors will be fierce.

The results haven't been great and, is cycling still shown on German TV, they were talking of dropping it ?? Even Linus couldn't do anything after he left T-Mobile.
As you say, sponsorship competition will fierce, but the rest of Europe is now out of recession. It's only us and Browners merry men (& women) that still have a shrinking economy.
And Britain has just launched a cycling team that have Jaguars for team cars !!! (See numerous other threads)... :?0 -
I think the sponsors have been ruminating about this for some time.0

Van Gerwen predicted the team will win about 25 races this season, while starting about 250 events.
Methinks that's a tad ambitious for a team that won eight (count 'em, 8) races in the whole of 2009.0
