My brakes are knacked

Well kinda the rear one (Campag Veloce if that helps) seems to have adjusted itself so the side with out the cable is wedging in against the rim, I used the release (for getting the wheel off) but that didn't help...

I suspect it's just loose but really annoyingly my multi tool doesn't have the right size allen key

Does anyone have any suggestions before I take it to the shop feeling like an idiot

    You can centre it using the main mounting bolt, surely you have a 5mm allen key? Just loosen off the mounting, pull the brake on hard and tighten it.

    I was looking at the torch screw bit at the front :lol:

    it would seem the spring tension is low and it's not opening back up after closing... (campag brakes only have one spring right?)

    one of the springs in the caliper is busted :x

    I assume buying a new one is the only course of action?

    Pretty much. They are rebuildable, but getting a spare spring will be more trouble than it's worth.

    might try to get one as a project clean em up and sell them to pay for the new older style ones I've just bought
