What size seat collar do I get?

Probably a very basic question but would appreciate the advice. The seat post I'll be using will be 27.2mm.

    Steel frame could be 28.6, alu frame 31.8mm, most likely.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Can confirm my aluminium frame has a 27.2 seatpost with a 31.8 collar.
