Does anyone know where i can aquire the 3hole cleat pattern in the UK or the 2 hole adapter everywhere seems to be out of stock or discontiued.

    I am also looking for an adapter to enable two bolt Smarty cleats to run on three bolt road shoes. There is the CrankBrothers Quattro 3 hole cleat and the 3 Hole to 2 Hole Adapter, but I can’t find either orderable from the UK, but they are available from the US if you're willing to pay $25 P&P (which I'm not). I have emailed CrankBros to ask where I can order one or other of these items from or if there is some alternative?
