    I ordered some tyres before Xmas and they still haven't come.

    I've emailed them but not heard anything back yet, hopefully they won't p!ss me off.

    I ordered some gloves and overshoes last night, and forgot to add the race guards. The order was sent to the sales department. I emailed the sales department this morning and they've just read the email (I requested a read reciept) and come back telling me that I'm too late to add it to the order and I won't get the discount for ordering over £50 or the free postage.

    I tried phoning first thing this morning and the answer phone said "call back later or email, our lines are busy." I called back later and got a message saying that they weren't taking calls until 11th Jan.

    Had they read the email this morning, I'm sure that they could have added it to the order.

    Sounds to me like they don't want to give me the discount !!
