I Would have thought that the major MTB publications would have 1 atleast wouldnt take alot well i say that it might i have no idea.

I listen to alot of gaming podcasts and new ones are springing up all the time.
Theres plenty of topics to talk about little reviews maybe.

Just strange that nobody has made one even the americans usaly have a go at these types of things.

Depends what your looking for content wise ???? Music that reflects riding a bike ???

I would be very hard to name 10 stand up tracks that actually reflects mountain biking ...

It's easier to pick 10 tracks that reflects motorbiking ..

Think you have misunderstood what podcasts are.

Its just a load of people sitting round talking about mountain biking and someone records it so others can listen thats as basic as i can put it.

like having a chat down the pub after a ride but with the idea that someone else is going to listen to it.

    hope that helps

Lol i didnt explain it very well did i

I listen to gaming podcasts mostly and that is how it seems to be a load of guys (sometimes girls aswell yeah shock girls that are into games) talking about computer games ?

not sure what other kinds of podcasts there are.

Ive downloaded the one that the guardian does but thats prety much aimed at commuters and Borris Johnson types although nothing against him i think hes a bit of a legend

all my podcasts seem to be music mixes and video's from MTB to comedy.

In these "Gaming" podcasts do they tell you how to cheat and stuff? Way back when i always liked the achievement of completing a game on my own?

Lots of podcasts are just people talking about some subject or another. Gaming, politics, science, technology, books, you name it.

  • Try The Mountain Bike Show, an audio podcast available free through Itunes. It's based in Australia but is a good listen. Singletrack apparently used to do one but I can't find it anywhere.

There's quite a few if you do a search on the itunes store but not many of them still seem to be updated and they are mostly video. Hard to imagine one that would be that great to listen to though imo.

Bones over Metal were quite good. Dirty Little Secrets (old but good)

There is one called cylingnews but it is suicidally dull and is everything i don't like about cycling. drugs, more chit-chat & gossip than eastenders, commercialisation ...etc

Other stuff that i can't remember the content:
    gear noise
    quick release.tv
    west coast style

Not biking related, but somewhat addictive listening is ANSWERMETHISPODCAST.COM when i first heard it...i hated it....now i listen to it nearly every night.
