Conver my Raleigh Cadent FT1 to road bike ?

Hy there,i am a newbie on cycling.I just bought a new 8speed hybrid Raleigh Cadent FT1 bike(52cm).I like it when 1st time ride it.I would like to convert it to a road bike.I don't wanna spend to buy another road bike coz here in Brunei it's cost a lot of money and very hard to find 8speed road bike shifter/brake.what parts should i change e.g. shifter,handlebar,cassette(want to keep it original 8speed if possible) etc..prefer shimano parts.any idea ? Thank you(sorry for my poor english)
