HELP, time trial aero road bike mash up

hi got £1500 squid to spend i need an aero frame seatpost etc with time trial geometry but drop bars and the ability to put clip ons, on.

i would appreciate it if u cud add suggestions or if have built something similar,

i have looked at gettin planet x or ribble to do a custom bike with drop bars or buying an off the shelf bike eg cube aerium pro, ridley phaeton tt, but they are generally worse spec n heavier although it doesnt matter on frmae material,..

    £1500 to spend on just the frame? Then look at a Cervelo S2 - aero tubing and can be used for TT or road racing depending on the set-up. If you need a whole bike for that money, look at the Cervelo S1. 2009 models can be found cheap.

    I'd go custom if i had £1500 to spend. weight isnt really an issue if you want to tt with it.

    cervelo S1 and spend the rest on deep wheels and an aero helmet
