hi im in the process of buying an slx front mech for my gt avalanche 3.0 2008 and im unsure an what size i need or a top or bottom pull thanks

i dont want to take it off because i dont really know how to or set the gearing up0

Well you can see from the outside if it is top or bottom swing, and top or bottom pull.
Also most new mechs have shims to fit seat tubes, and can be cable routed top or bottom.0
