Shoe Adaptors

Recently bought a set of Shimano M520 pedals would really like continue using my Carnac TRS9 shoes is there an adaptor I can buy? :wink:
I don't sleep with my bike really!

    There may be but it will be like having a large rock under your foot. Walking would be almost impossible. I would never use proper road shoes with SPD pedals.
