Just purchased a tacx Flow and have just opened the box

Looked at the instruction manual and it seems to suggest that a usb cable (no 1902.10) is included - my one doesn't seem to have come with a cable

Before I build it up can someone confirm if they received a cable with their tacx flow so I can pursue tacx or the retailer

I have a cable that goes from the cycle computer to the trainer. It is a networking cable, the end is the same size as you get on a phone cable (RJ12/14 not sure). There is no usb socket on my flow mine is 2 years old so if you have a later model it may be different

Thanks for the response, I have the cable that connects from the trainer to the computer that you describe, but the instructions seem to show another cable refered to as the USB cable, which I presume allows me to connect the the computer part of the trainer to my PC

Clearly, I can use the machine now, but just wasn't sure if I am supposed to have this extra cable

Just looked in my manual. Its listed as a T1902.10 USB cable but its not listed as being part of the packing contents. That cable is used if you buy the i magic upgrade so you can plug into your PC. I dont have one as the software is Windows only and i have a mac looks quite good but i doubt its worth the money.

    Hope that helps.
