sat here having just tuned up the bike ready for tomo, and wondered if anyone else was in the same boat? people ready?

Looking out the window here (about 10 miles from the start line) and i think its gonna be a chilly one hehe

    yup just shoved some air in my forks, gave the tyres a kick and found my cough medicine.. every bloody year i'm ill for this.. hope my gear cable alterations t'other day are going to stay.


    only 2.5 hours on the bike anyhoo ;) now where's my porridge spoon
