Which spokes for a Clyde

I'm getting some custom wheels built with Stan's Flow rims and probably Hope Pro II hubs (unless there's a recommendation of a good hub for around the same price of about the same weight (not XT), ability to change axle size a bonus).
I'm wondering what spokes to ask for? DT Swiss Champion or Competition are the usual ones used by the wheelbuilder (who I didn't get to speak to, but will before purchase). I'm probably 230+ lbs in riding gear. They can get me other spokes.
