Gaerne shoe sizing

Gaerne shoes are designed in Italy, does it mean they are smallish like all other Italian cycle wear? Should I go one size bigger? What are your experiences?

    Cannot comment from personal experience but a friend has some Gaerne G.Myst road shoes ordered via internet. He is a size 8 and had to send them back as too small. Swapped for a size 9 and apparently all is well.

    They come up quite small a bit like Sidis - I go up one Euro size
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
