Tell me about your Scott Addicts, please!

There are some tempting deals on Addict framesets at the moment, which have got me considering a purchase.
I'd probably get an R1, are there any owners out there who would care to share their opinions on ride, build quality and Scott's customer service? Any problems I should know about?
I'm particularly interested to hear from anyone who has tried the ISP and non ISP models for comparison.
Thanks.

customer service is second to none through a good bike shop. Ive had two new frames and a repair for nothing !0

Sounds great, and yet at the same time slightly worrying that you've needed them!
What were the circumstances?0 -
I've got an R1. It's got the ISP. I rate it very highly. The only problem I have found is getting a bike box to fit so I can take it on it's holidays. Now sorted, but I had to remove saddle/clamp & also chainset...only a 5 min job tho.
Truth be told the ISP option is probably a bit of marketing blarney & I could easily have lived without it & had a standard version...
I paid £1200 for my frame & at that sort of money i was well chuffed.0 -
I've got a 2009 R3 with the ISP all good so far, very light obviously unlike the rider!0
