i rode this morning - was nice. though i punctured.
first time out since all the snow and ice. felt good as always....the bicycle is the most efficient machine ever created: Converting calories into gas, a bicycle gets the equivalent of three thousand miles per gallon...0 -
I just had a wee 12 mile pootle too - mostly shopping because the beer mice have been nibbling away at my supplies. It made indoors feel very very warm.0

Yup 20 miles round Richmond Park to bring my overall average for the year up to 18 miles a day or 6570 miles for the year.0

25 miles for me, bright and dry but the toes were starting to complain even with overshoes on.0

Not far, a measly 8 miles but did ride some cobbles on the wrong side of 20mph on 25s with 90 psi in them.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

16 and a half mile commute home into a head wind with a blinding headache...Not fun!I can afford to talk softly!....................I carry a big stick!0

A 22 mile loop this morning, my first time out since I wiped out in the ice 10 or so days ago. Wrist is still suffering from the fall.
Good ride today, if a little fresh.I ache, therefore I am.0 -
6 mILES ON WAY HOME the coastal route, went through several large lake like puddles, feet were freezing but good still the same. Disapointing last two months, only managed 230 odd miles. Can't wait to get out on my road bike for a BIG cycle again. HNY0

60 miles in the Peak District. Was overheated on the way out and a block of ice on the way home!! Suffered the last 30 mins for sure. And now my eyes are KILLING me!
Back out there again tomoro! Lots of nice, cold, sunny, but DRY weather in the forecast for the next several days!0 -
