Bishops Stortford / Hatfield Forest area?

Hey guys n gals, just got a bike (first time in years!) and fancy getting muddy. I've no idea what my area is like but I live close to Hatfield Forest so will venture out there soon - just wondered if anyone else on here knows the area well and where the places to go are? Cheers.

    I'm trying to build up a group of people who ride locally. Only a couple of us at the moment. We are looking to build fitness but mainly have a laugh. We generally go a bit further afield - like Epping or Thetford. You fancy joining us? If so, PM me your tel no. Cheers

    As for Hatfield forest i have only ridden over there when i have been out for the day with the kids... it's not very inspiring/ set up for MTB. more family leisure go as slow as you like....

    Do you know where the Flitch way is ?
