i ordered some stuff on xmas eve! and i know im being a bit impatient, but ive looked on my history in the my account section and it still says "processing"!

my mate reckons he has had something from them delivered this week? or is he just winding me up?

    I placed an order on the 18th, it was posted the next Monday (21st) and I only received it today. They will be very busy and I have probably only started processing orders again today, so maybe you are being a bit impatient!

    When did you expect them to dispatch it? Are they not allowed Xmas off?

    I ordered a saddle at 11:45pm on Xmas eve (exciting life I lead, eh) and it came up as dispatched yesterday.

    Not arrived yet though :(

    I place an order on the 27th, and it was dispatched the next day.

    Royal Mail might get it to me this year sometime.

    wiggle despatched an order to me this morning. they also despatched my bike on a bank holiday last may, they don't seem to have time off there

    I ordered something on the afternoon of the 23rd and it arrived on xmas eve :D

    Chain reaction are normally pretty speedy. I place an order with WIggle at 1.27am last night and I got the email saying it was processed and ready for dispatch at 1.40pm today. Now that is service.

    The odd order can be stuck on processing, yet they already dispatched it. Phone them.
