Shimano RS20 or Mavic Aksium Wheels?

I ordered a bike from ribble and chose fulcrum 7 wheels, I got an email from ribble saying these were out of stock so can have Shimano RS20s instead. I was wondering though, should I pay a little extra and ask them to fit Mavic Aksiums instead?
I have heard that shimano rs20s are hard to get spokes for and being 15 stone would like as strong a wheel as my limited budget can afford.

If you want strength I can definately reccomend the RS20s. I ploughed into the back of a van doing 23mph.......
They're still running true unlike the frame. :roll:0 -
I've got both, trued the RS20s once&they've stayed perfect since.Done about 8000miles on them. The Askiums on the other hand never stay true for more than a few hundred miles. The spoke tension on them was'nt very good at all.By the way i'm just under 11stone&hit the odd pot hole now&then.TT photos http://www.flickr.com/photos/steverob/0

IMO askiums arent very strong. i have, and i know a few riders who have popped a few spokes in them. although i know others who have had no problems!
i would get the shimano wheels though....._______________________________________________________________________________________
