Hi
Ive read the previous posts on shoes and cold feet but I still need some advice. Two years ago I bought some triathlon Specialized shoes and in the summer they are great, with plenty of ventilation, however in the winter my feet are frozen.
To combat my cold feet ive purchased, oversocks, sealskinz socks and some toe covers but still cold feet. If I buy some specific road shoes will my feet miraculously become warm?
Cheers in advance.

No.
Have you tried overshoes ? Neoprene booties that stretch all over the shoe. And you need good socks - like merino inside - but you dont want your feet cramped in the shoes or that makes it worse. Toe wiggling will help.
You can get full on winter booties for MTBs, but overshoes would be my first stop. I wouldnt pay huuuge amounts for them - in my experience the cheaper ones are as warm as the dearer ones - and they all get a bit shagged after a winters wear.0 -

Try these http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=NP07800 and Woolie Boolie socks.
I was out for hours today in this combo and no problems.0
