If he is, I'm looking for a cycling photograph. It's on the BBC's "best photos of the decade" and it shows Jason Kenney sliding on the floor ahead of an Australian in the Track World Cup. It's by John Giles if that helps, and it's quite recent because he's wearing a Sky HD top.
