Clif bars???

Are they any good? and worth buying? (clif bars im on about) ive found 15 bars for less than £11, thought that was a good deal if they are any good. im now in training for mountain mayhem 2010, so any tips on eating drinking and training would be great. :D

    absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately they're just TOO nice so I end up eating them on rides where I could probably cope (and would probably be better off) without :)
