Waterproof Jacket < £60 budget - Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a decent Waterproof jacket that is lightweight, preferably not fluorescent and packable that I could get for less than 60 quid?

Been reading around the subject, and the Altura Pocket Rocket stands out as a good buy. Does anyone own one? Got one of these, fantastic value, does the job perfectly and only 150 grammes. Folds up into nothing as well.
