The problem I find is that the ice is patchy and from a distance it is really hard to differentiate between a puddle and a sheet of ice. I didn't crash yesterday but had a couple of wobbles and then had to curtail my ride due to an unforeseen problem... the water in my bottle froze solid and I got too thirsty to pile up the miles (no unfrozen puddles to refill from
)
Still, got home with a big grin...0
